PROBLEM :
How to lose weight fast huh? The danger is not if you lose weight quickly while still breastfeeding?

SOLUTION :
  Losing weight quickly is not recommended in nursing mothers. Mother's body will use all the stored reserves that will endanger the mother alone, for example, calcium deficiency can occur which can cause cramps, osteoporosis, etc.. Losing weight should be done slowly, a maximum of 2 kg per month, with a fixed balanced diet and moderate exercise. Breastfeeding and taking care of the baby itself will by itself make mothers secrete large enough calories. Do not forget to keep your fluid intake by drinking 6-8 cups (2 liters) a day to prevent dehydration and to maintain adequate milk production.
